YES!!! Jake is finally here!!! It seems like I have been waiting for a very long time for this book. Kym Grosso you did not disappoint with this fabulous book. This book grabs you from page one. Jake and Kai are just perfect for each other, an I am so glad that Jake finally found his Mate and claimed his Alpha status. This book is a fast paced, sexy, steamy, with action, fabulously fun read. For readers that are new to this author Kym Grosso and love paranormal reads you will want to start with Kade’s Dark Embrace. I love this book and this series. I Highly Recommend this book. You won’t regret a moment of the time it takes to read.

Before I read Jax my favorite book by Ms Grosso was Leopold’s Wicked Embrace which is book #5 in her fabulous series Immortals of New Orleans. I have read all of her books and looked forward to reading her newest book in her series. Now Jax can be read as a standalone book, however I find that having reading all the other books in her series it does give you some insight and understanding of the story line.

This is not the first time we have meet Jax and due to the way he acted in the previous book I was not sure that I was going to like him. Ms Grosso through her talented way of weaving words into a compelling story had me changing my mind about the Alpha, Jax.

In the previous book that we learned about Kat I felt protective of her and in the beginning of Jax those protective instincts came out again. No matter how my emotions were brought to the surface I quickly learn that Kat is so much stronger than she thinks she is and that she too is an alpha.

When I started reading Jax I was very quickly absorbed into the story and could not put my kindle down. When I get that involved with a book for some reason when I turn the last page I am in shock and usually yell “Oh No!” I just want the story to continue. And that was my wish when I finished Jax.

I cannot wait to see where Ms Grosso takes her Immortals of New Orleans in the next book. Thank you Kym, once again your book has given me the escape that I needed from my daily life.

We get to revisit Kade and Sydney as they struggle with her turning and how to help her. The erotic quotient is off he charts! So is the danger. Take a look at what has happened to two of our favorite characters and learn more about their story. Irresistible characters. What more can you want!! Kym Grosso writes one hell of a story. I really love Kym Grosso’s books. The Immortals of New Orleans is full of intrigue, characters, magic romance & some of the best sex going. The story is interesting and the humor of Dimitri is premium. I read a lot, maybe 3-4 a week. This series ranks in my top Five every time. If you love paranormal, sexy alpha men and women, a good mystery and a sense of family then you need to get this series. It can be read as a stand alone but would have much better readability if read in order. Get to know the characters because some if not all will show up in each book. I said these characters are one big family! I MOST definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!

A Love story woven with mystery, angst and self- discovery. The characters are bigger than life (what else would you expect from a one thousand year old vampire?) The plot is supernatural. It is everything wonderful we have come to expect of Kym Grosso’s books. Of course, as soon as we are fooled into thinking that all is well with the Immortals of New Orleans, there goes Dimetri off on his own to get into more trouble. This is the 4th book in the Immortals of New Orleans Series & I hope not the last. Kim Grosso was a new author to me so did not really know what to expect in the beginning. So glad I found these books. While each is different they keep some of the characters from each book.There is adventure, mystery, romance and lots of red hot sex! If you like your paranormal sexy with an interesting story as well then these books are for you!

Review:

I just can’t say enough about Tristan’s Lyceum Wolves. She writes a sexy, spicy love story but with some mystery and adventure,too. I found that this is the 3rd of this series and was going to stop and go back to book 1. However, I was too vested in this story by chapter_3. So I finished it and will now start at the beginning. I do believe each book can be read as stand alone without sacrificing story.
